Date Night

This life group caters to ALL PARENTS and ALL KIDS 0+! We provide a FREE, SAFE, FUN
environment for your children to fellowship with new and old friends! Date Nights are planned
on every 2 weeks. The parents can go out on a date, have a girls/guys night with friends, have
some one-on-one time with one child, run errands… whatever kind of YOU time you would like!
All you have to do is volunteer to work 1-2 nights (alongside 2 other people/ parent couples)
RULES:
Drop-off anytime after 6pm and pick-up anytime before 10pm.

Date Night leaders as well as the last parent to pick up their child are responsible for
helping to clean up.

All parents will be required to have a background check completed and an up-to-date
contact information on file.
•
It is your responsibility to find a replacement if you are not able to work your designated
dates.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Do I have to have a spouse to participate in this Life Group? No, single Mom’s and
Dad’s are more than welcome! The only pre-requisites are a background check and at
least one night of watching the other children during that semester.
2. My husband/ wife cannot watch the children with me once during the semester, but I
can, does that mean I cannot participate in this Life Group? The only pre-requisites are
a background check and one night of watching the other children during the semester
(one or both parents).
3. I have a baby under one year old, are they too young to bring to be watched? No, we
accept children from 0 +.
4. Is dinner or snacks provided for the kids? Snacks are provided by the Friday Night
Leaders, and usually consist of Goldfish crackers, Chex Mix, etc. Water is the only
beverage. Please bring a cup with your child’s name on it for drinks throughout the
evening. On occasion the Friday Night Leaders will get pizza and ask the participating
parents to donate a couple of dollars to help feed the kids that night a more substantial
snack.
